At Brighton District Table Tennis Club (BDTTC), we offer a structured and inclusive coaching environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Our programs are led by accredited and experienced coaches committed to player development and creating a positive learning atmosphere.

 

Whether you’re a junior just starting out, an adult looking to sharpen your competition skills, or someone returning to the sport, we have a program for you.

Junior Development Squad
Premier program designed for junior talents

  • Entry is by invitation based on assessment by the club’s coaching panel

  • Provides an elite training environment for committed junior athletes

  • Emphasises accelerated development in a focused group setting

Saturday Open Group
A semi-structured training session

  • Popular with adult competition players

  • 2-hour facilitated group session

  • Focus on consistency drills, technical refinement, and peer matchplay

  • Suitable for players seeking structured feedback while maintaining flexibility

Sunday Open Group
An inclusive session that serves as a gateway

  • Welcoming environment for beginners or returning players

  • Offers some technical and tactical development for intermediate-level players

  • Great introduction to the club’s coaching culture and community

Spinneroos (Grassroots Program)
A fun and engaging introduction to table tennis

  • Perfect for kids trying table tennis for the first time

  • Focused on building fundamental skills in a playful environment

  • Sessions packed with fun, games, and movement

Private Coaching
Individualised training tailored to you

  • Suitable for all levels — from fitness-only members to state-level athletes

  • Work one-on-one with a registered coach to improve specific areas

  • Flexible scheduling and personalised programming
